3 large Portobello mushroom caps
3 tsp pizza seasoning
3 tomato, slices
½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
12 slices pepperoni
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup cheddar cheese
¼ cup Monterey Jack
½ tbsp olive oil
- Set the oven at 450 F.
- Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with the pizza seasoning and top with the basil, tomato slices, cheeses, and season again.
- Place in the oven to bake for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Get the baking sheet out of the oven and then top with the pepperoni and place back in the oven and bake until the pepperoni is cooked.
