Pizza in Mushroom Cups

3 large Portobello mushroom caps

3 tsp pizza seasoning

3 tomato, slices

½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

12 slices pepperoni

¼ cup mozzarella cheese

¼ cup cheddar cheese

¼ cup Monterey Jack

½ tbsp olive oil


  1. Set the oven at 450 F.
  2. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season with the pizza seasoning and top with the basil, tomato slices, cheeses, and season again.
  4. Place in the oven to bake for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  5. Get the baking sheet out of the oven and then top with the pepperoni and place back in the oven and bake until the pepperoni is cooked.
