Italian Greens and Yogurt Shake

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

● 1 cup whole milk yogurt

● 1 cup Italian greens

● 1 packet Stevia, or more to taste

● 1 tbsp olive oil

● 1 tbsp hemp seeds

● 1 cup water

Instructions:

1.Add all ingredients in blender.

2.Blend until smooth and creamy.

3.Serve and enjoy.
