Garden Greens & Yogurt Shake
● 1 cup whole milk yogurt
● 1 cup Garden greens
● 1 packet Stevia, or more to taste
● 1 tbsp MCT oil
● 1 tbsp flaxseed, ground
● 1 cup water
1.Add all ingredients in blender.
2.Blend until smooth and creamy.
3.Serve and enjoy.
