1 Avocado, sliced
½ Cup Yogurt (full fat)
2 Tsp Dijon mustard
4 Cups Mixed greens
2 Garlic cloves (smashed)
- Cook eggs until hard-boiled and then place into a pan with cold water.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing yogurt, mustard, and garlic together. Season with black pepper and salt.
- Rinse and drain green and place into a bowl.
- Top with sliced avocados and slice eggs into quarters and top salad; drizzle with dressing with a dash of pepper and salt.
