Apple Rosemary Pork Chops

2 Tbsp Olive oil

½ Apple

4 Pork Chops

  2. Heat a skillet and sear pork for 3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and put aside.
  3. Use vinegar and broth to deglaze the pan. Add cream and stir to combine.
  4. Add mustard and squeeze lemon juice into sauce. Return pork to potand use the sauce to coat.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes until pork is thoroughly cooked.

2 lbs. whole pork shoulder

  1. Pound the pork slices with a meat pounder to flatten them out.
  2. Place a prosciutto slice on top of each pork slice.

  8. Reheat the same pan over medium heat.
